Residents who used discounted parking garages must retrieve their vehicles by 8 p.m. or face regular parking rates. Space savers must be removed by Thursday at 6 p.m. or the city will dispose of them. City trash and recycling services will experience one-day delays. Snow removal efforts included both city Public Works Department operations and a citywide volunteer snow shoveling meetup to clear public walkways and ramps.
