He is one of four people charged for allegedly entering the Queens Center Mall at around 5:33 p.m. on Tuesday and "acting in concert" stealing clothes they tried to hide in bags.
The others accused in Tuesday's alleged robbery were last seen fleeing westbound on Queens Boulevard with about $608 worth of assorted clothing.
