A violent confrontation between two drivers occurred at a Starbucks drive-thru in Riverside on March 23, sparked by a lane change. The suspect aggressively followed the victim and choked him while he was in his vehicle. In response, the victim defended himself by grabbing a knife and stabbing the assailant in the arm. Both men were hospitalized with serious injuries, but fortunately survived the altercation.
