As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will become the key partner for our B2B customers, maintaining relationships and elevating them to the next level. Your role acts as the bridge between our customers and our SaaS products, enabling publishers to unlock the full potential of their video strategy through dedicated support and understanding of their needs.
Regular meetings with key stakeholders are crucial to understanding customer requirements, while also allowing for the communication of product roadmaps and updates, ensuring customers are fully informed about the benefits our product offers.
The responsibilities also include configuring customer dashboards, managing product configurations, and collaborating with internal teams to translate customer needs into actionable tasks, which ultimately drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
We are looking for someone with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, technical competence related to content and video publishing technologies, and exceptional communication skills to help customers navigate through our solutions effectively.
