Moor's Brewing Finds a Home in Logan Square
Briefly

Logan Square's Ravinia Brewing has rebranded to Diversey House following a naming dispute with Ravinia Festival. This new brewpub will open with beer from Moor's Brewing Company, one of the country's few Black-owned breweries, and a menu crafted by three-time Chopped champion chef Marc Anthony Bynum. Co-founder Kris Walker decided against merely changing the signage after resolving the legal issue, opting instead for a meaningful partnership that enhances customer experience. The collaboration aims to expand both companies' reach and create a unique dining experience.
We made a decision pretty early on that it might not be the smartest move to just slap a Steep Ravine Brewing sign on the Chicago location and spend a bunch of money effectively just changing the window dressing when we had the opportunity to really think about the future and create something special using all our learnings from the past three years.
In light of some of the recent activities in the brewing space, we find it to be super prudent to collaborate.
