LAKEFRONT BREWERY AND HOFBRAU MUNCHEN UNITE FOR "BRAU BUDDIES," A LANDMARK COLLABORATION FOR BOTH BREWERIES - The Beer Thrillers

Lakefront Brewery has partnered with Hofbräu München to create Bräu Buddies, a rustic German-style lager. This collaboration celebrates the rich heritage of German brewing and Milwaukee's craft beer culture. The brew combines Vienna and Melanoidin malts, leading to a unique beer with a toasted biscuit aroma and a smooth finish. The partnership was inspired by a conversation regarding the 100th anniversary of Kegel's Inn, resulting in Luther Paul, Lakefront's Head Brewer, traveling to Munich to finalize the recipe. Bräu Buddies will be available in numerous states starting this month, marking a significant achievement for both breweries.
