NFLPA executive director Lloyd Howell emphasized the importance of player voices in shaping their working environments, which has led to positive changes in facilities and overall conditions across the league.
"We really like the players to have a voice on their facilities, their working conditions, their likes, dislikes," NFLPA executive director Lloyd Howell said.
