Dolphins, Vikings get top grades in NFLPA survey
Briefly

The NFLPA's recent survey shows a marked improvement in workplace conditions, with Miami Dolphins and Minnesota Vikings topping the rankings. Player feedback was crucial, resulting in a 41% rise in A- or better grades and a 51% drop in lower grades. Although some teams still struggled, grades improved overall. NFLPA executive director Lloyd Howell emphasized the importance of player voices in shaping their working environments, which has led to positive changes in facilities and overall conditions across the league.
