'We want to grow our impact, not our headcount': Widespread AI job losses haven't yet materialized, but the technology is changing enterprise hiring patterns

While almost three-quarters of tech leaders have deployed generative AI, there is no sign of it replacing workers - at least, not yet. 72% have deployed it to some employees, with one-in-five deploying it enterprise-wide.

The survey found that nearly half of companies now have a generative AI policy, up from 21% in November last year, but many are adopting policies after AI implementation, showing limited impact on preventing misuse.
