Westcon-Comstor and Coleman Parks surveyed 500 senior IT decision makers at channel partner organisations across the UK, Spain, Australia, Singapore and the UAE. Forty-three percent of UK respondents now offer advanced AI-integrated network services versus a 26% global average. Fifty-two percent of UK partners are actively developing AI capabilities, while just 5% are only exploring AI compared with an 18% global average. Forty-six percent reported customer network infrastructures fully prepared for AI workloads versus 33% globally. Active areas include AI-driven network automation (65%), edge computing and distributed data routing (64%), and intent-based networking (52%).
