According to Perplexity co-founder Aravind Srinivas, the first 100,000 R1 purchases will include a one-year Perplexity Pro subscription that gives access to newer LLMs like GPT-4.
Perplexity will work behind the scenes on the R1 along with other leading LLMs, all without a subscription.
