Instabase enables businesses to extract, classify, and analyze data from various documents, helping them re-route correspondence and apply generative AI for insights.
The announcement comes as companies struggle under a deluge of data - data that can unlock key business insights, as most of it is unstructured.
Since its inception in 2015, Instabase has gathered high-profile customers including Uber, Natwest, AXA, and four of the five largest U.S. banks.
