Of the C-suite executives surveyed, 61% reported deploying gen-AI tools with 86% among them reporting revenue gains of over 6%, as per a National Research Group report commissioned by Google.
Generative AI is impacting productivity, security, business growth, and user experience. 45% of respondents noted tools doubling employee productivity, while 77% reported improved leads and customer acquisition.
