Combining AI and Crispr Will Be Transformational
Briefly

In 2025, AI and machine learning will begin to amplify the impact of Crispr genome editing, enhancing fields like medicine, agriculture, and climate change.
We often deal with enormous datasets and can't manage them efficiently without the right tools; AI is already removing these limitations.
My lab recently used AI to discover small gene-editing proteins that were previously undiscovered due to data analysis constraints.
We developed a large language model to predict new functional RNA molecules with greater heat tolerance than natural sequences, showcasing AI's potential.
