CEO Jeroen van Glabbeek stated that the functionality of AI agents will be expanded, emphasizing the growing importance of these solutions in supporting customers and automating operations.
In Q3, CM.com reported a revenue increase to 65.4 million euros and a profit of 4.7 million euros, contrasting with the loss from the previous year.
Due to positive quarterly results, CM.com has raised its full-year profit forecast for 2024 to between 16 and 18 million euros, reflecting improved business prospects.
