Get started and whilst that can lead to success, one of the potential challenges is leaders end up pouring precious resources - both people and money - into projects that don't really move the needle and don't really align with business value. So my advice would be to make sure that leaders and organizations focus on a targeted, top-down approach, which makes sure that an AI project will drive genuine business transformation.
I think with these challenges, partnering with technology providers like Dell can ensure that customers can harness the power of AI more quickly by overcoming those three really critical obstacles: tackling complexity, tackling risk, and tackling cost. And the way we do that, in summary, is the Dell AI Factory which ... helps customers make the most of their data.
So for me, avoiding vendor lock-in, adopting and embracing open source tools, as well as taking on a multi-cloud or hybrid-cloud approach is probably the most pragmatic way to get going with AI. I think from a Dell perspective, we can help in many of those areas.
