We're doing two things: One is going through the big areas where we have operational services to optimize using AI and large language models. The second is deploying what we call LLM Suite to almost every employee.
AI has moved out of the IT function and is being pushed out more widely in the organization. Generally, there's overwhelming optimism among business leaders about the impact of generative AI.
