Lucid's Gravity SUV, released in late December, will become the first non-Tesla electric vehicle to utilize Tesla's Supercharger network, starting January 31. With access to 20,000 charging stalls, Gravity owners can take full advantage of its unique charging port. The SUV boasts the ability to accept up to 400 kW, potentially the highest rate among U.S. EVs, and can add 200 miles of range in under 12 minutes. This efficiency is attributed to its innovative 926-volt architecture and advanced cooling technology, although high-speed charging stations remain scarce.
The Gravity will be capable of taking in 400 kilowatts of charging power at certain stations thanks to its 926-volt architecture, the highest rating of any EV on the U.S. market.
Starting on January 31, Gravity owners will gain access to Tesla's vast Supercharger network, allowing them to take full advantage of the new charging port.
