Since 2014, vhh.mobility has been a pioneer in the electrification of local transport, having put the first electric bus into operation in the Hamburg metropolitan region.
With the recent addition of 95 new Mercedes eCitaro buses, over a third of Vhh.mobility's fleet is electric, marking a significant advancement in sustainable public transport.
The last units of the new eCitaro buses were ceremoniously handed over by Federal Minister of Justice and Federal Minister for Digital and Transport, marking a key milestone in Hamburg’s transition to electric buses.
