Keolis Netherlands turns to CarMedialab as intelligent charge management system's provider
Briefly

Keolis Netherlands is implementing CarMedialab's intelligent charge management system MOBILEcharge, integrating up to 267 charging points for electric buses. This transition, starting in November 2024, includes the addition of 86 new electric buses to help phase out their diesel fleet. The initiative aligns with national emissions reduction goals, addressing grid capacity challenges highlighted in recent media coverage. Seamless integration of control interfaces and a collaboration with the INIT Group ensures effective charge management, enabling a reliable zero-emission transition by 2028 under the guidance of the PTO.
"A key element of the charging infrastructure is the seamless integration of interfaces such as VDV 463 and VDV 261, which enable efficient control of the charging process."
"With MOBILEcharge, we ensure that Keolis can operate its e-bus fleet in Utrecht efficiently and sustainably. Intelligent charge management is the key to economical and reliable e-mobility in public transport."
