SETA has proudly introduced its first electric buses in Reggio Emilia, as part of a broader investment plan totaling nearly 76 million euros for the years 2024-2026. Funded mainly through 8 million euros from the PNRR, these 11 MAN Lion's City 12E e-buses, designed for urban transport, feature capabilities such as a 300 km range per charge and accessibility options for passengers with disabilities. Following the first three buses entering service, the remaining eight are expected to be operational by June 2026, contributing to a greener and more efficient public transport system in the region.
The introduction of electric buses in Reggio Emilia marks a significant step towards sustainable public transport in the Modena region, supported by 8 million euros from PNRR funds.
