Good agile plans lead to good decisions.
Making good decisions doesn't mean making perfect guesses every time.
Your best option is to bet on rolling a 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6. If you do that, you have a 5-in-6 chance of success.
Rolling a 1 is bad luck but it doesn't mean betting on 2 through 6 was a bad decision.
