We spend a lot of time together, we go through the analysis of opposition and we talk a lot. He's given me a real big insight into the game, but he did when I was at Burnley with him as well. Overall, I don't like losing, I have to be honest, but performance-wise, I have to be happy. I learned that some of our senior boys were outstanding. Some of the young boys, we have to expose them.
