A few minutes later, a Sonoma County sheriff's deputy saw the Dodge racing at about 130 mph near Airport Boulevard and followed it into Healdsburg before losing sight of it downtown, sheriff's Sgt. Juan Valencia said. About 15 minutes passed before deputies spotted it again and chased it onto southbound Highway 101. The driver identified as 21-year-old Adalynn Carrasco tried to exit at Hopper Lane but lost control.
