Celebrated Baker Melissa Weller Opens Allergen-Free Bub's Bakery in Noho

The cheerful space is decked out in butter yellow and while there are only 12 seats - half inside, half outside - you can pick up Devoción coffee and treats to go, such as deeply chocolatey cupcakes made of devil's food cake, square biscuits with flaky layers of striation, and an everything bagel with slices of golden beet cured with pastrami spices, all free of dairy, soy, gluten, nuts, and eggs.
