Black-owned downtown Miami tech center opens: 'This business exists to empower others'
Miami has a new tech hub called The Source, a Black-owned tech center that aims to develop local tech talent and support startups and small businesses.
The Source was founded by Ted Lucas, a Miami Gardens native and the founder of Slip-N-Slide Records, and Hilmon Sorey, a venture capitalist with experience investing in companies like Uber and Lyft. [ more ]
