Don Bucio's, Logan Square's Innovative Vegan Taqueria, Shifts to Takeout Only
Don Bucio's Taqueria, a high-profile vegan restaurant in Chicago, has closed its dining room and switched to takeout and delivery only.
The owner, Rodolfo Cuadros, had to cut staff and hopes to eventually reopen the dining room, but may have to open a new restaurant in the space instead. [ more ]
