California legislators are considering a bill that would limit court proceedings related to environmental challenges to certain transit projects to 12 months. The current legal challenge to the gondola project is already 16 months old. Sen. Scott Wiener emphasized the need for sustainable transit options and stated that if a gondola contributes to this goal, it should be welcomed.

"Every step we take toward a zero-emission fleet is a step toward cleaner air and healthier communities," said Board of Directors Chair Jeff Gee. "This fueling station enables us to scale up responsibly while ensuring reliable service for our riders today and for future generations."
