Clover Sonoma is getting back into the sweet treat game, announcing that its ice cream line has once again hit shelves at stores across California as of April 8.

Joe's Ice Cream is a longstanding scoop shop that has kept the children of the Richmond hopped up on sugar for decades. It's a pretty straightforward operation: they have classic flavors like chocolate and cookie dough, plus some less traditional ones like sweet red bean, peppermint stick, and even wasabi.

The distinctive tip of Dairy Queen's soft serve - which is often covered in its chocolate or cherry dips - isn't just a coincidence; it's actually a trademarked feature of its ice cream that has been an integral part of the brand's identity since its beginnings in 1940.

International Delight's Almond Joy Coffee Creamer blends together the tastes of coconut, milk chocolate, and toasted almonds. The result is a well balanced, coconut-forward creamer with the perfect amount of toasty nuttiness. The chocolate isn't overwhelming in the slightest - in fact, our tester could barely pick up on it, which was actually appreciated.

The ice cream darling known for luxe scoops and cult favorite flavors recently opened the Van Leeuwen Flavor Lab in Greenpoint, giving aficionados a new way to experience the brand. A hub of innovation, the Flavor Lab offers exclusive small-batch flavors alongside fan favorites, plus special collabs and pop-ups. Is there anything more delicious than tiramisu? This Italian dessert consists of decadent layers of espresso-dipped ladyfingers and plush mascarpone cream. It's perfectly creamy and only lightly sweet, with a rich dusting of cocoa powder on top. On our first trip to Italy, I ordered it at every restaurant Jack and I went to. It's just that good. After I shared this strawberry tiramisu last summer and this pumpkin tiramisu in the fall, I couldn't resist developing a classic tiramisu recipe too.

A new contender has surfaced at Costco, but instead of in the pantry section, this one lurks in the frozen dessert aisle. Meet the newest fish making waves at the warehouse: Binggrae Samanco frozen dairy desserts. These confections are a classic Korean treat made by the same company that makes Melona frozen ice cream bars. They are just as adorable as the iconic cheesy snack crackers, with an even more realistic look (they're reportedly made specifically to look like carp).

Their shops are known for making gelato in house daily, using organic Sonoma County milk, Belgian and Italian chocolate, pistachios from Sicily, hazelnuts from Piedmont, Italy, and locally sourced ingredients. For example, the new Arancia Rossa flavor, or blood orange, is made with fruit grown at JJ's Lone Daughter Ranch in Redlands, San Bernardino County. Fresh flavors, including vegan sorbet, rotate in every month.
