Upon arriving at the scene, troopers observed a gray 2019 Honda Civic off the roadway in a nearby wooded area with significant damage to its passenger side, according to the Bristol County District Attorney's Office. Two occupants had been ejected from the vehicle, officials said. One of those ejected was pronounced dead at the scene and was later identified as Gabriel Bertolino Siqueira, 17, of West Yarmouth, a senior at Dennis-Yarmouth Regional High School.
Police received a 911 call reporting the single-car crash at 4:19 a.m., after a 2015 Chevy Cruise heading New Jersey-bound slammed into a barrier and flipped, according to a spokesperson for the NYPD. The overturned car came to rest off the roadway near the exit for the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Expressway (440). All three men in the car, ages 25, 26 and 27 were declared dead on the scene by emergency medical responders, police said.
