According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the model and actress wants to legally change 11-year-old Fianna Masterson's name to Fianna Phillips, further cutting ties with the disgraced That '70s Show alum. Phillips is still waiting for a judge to approve the request, but she scored a win on Friday when a judge declared the estranged spouses legally single. Phillips had filed for divorce in September 2023, less than two weeks after Masterson was sentenced to prison for two counts of forcible rape.

Carroll had months earlier accused Trump of raping her in a Manhattan department store fitting room in the 1990s, an attack for which the U.S. president was found guilty of sexual assault.
