Muni confirmed a presence of an intruder in the tunnel near Castro Station, leading to delays and a safety check on train services.

Last Friday, a surveillance video captured a frightening moment when a piece of rigging equipment came dangerously close to hitting commuters as they entered South Station.

Shortly before 6 a.m. on Aug. 31, a woman fell from a giant piece of climbable art at Burning Man's Black Rock City, witnesses said. After performing an assessment, medics loaded her onto a gurney and into an ambulance.
