The limited release violates the law, which required all files to be released yesterday. Instead, there were a whole bunch of Bill Clinton photos, the document reflecting Maria Farmer's complaint from 1996, that went ignored for years, and redacted grand jury transcripts that clearly violate the law. The government did not release the proposed indictment and prosecution memo for the indictment that should have been filed in 2007; that may be sealed as deliberative.
