Conservative minister Lord Callanan hopes Michelle Mone does not return to the House of Lords after she admitted lying about her involvement with a company that had UK government PPE deals during the pandemic.
Mone had repeatedly denied any connection to PPE Medpro, which made millions of pounds in profits during the pandemic but later admitted to lying to protect her family from media attention. [ more ]
