EU: Hamas did not siphon off development aid DW 11/22/2023

The European Union has decided to continue providing development aid to the West Bank and Gaza Strip after reviewing its aid following a Hamas attack on Israel.

No evidence of misappropriation of EU funds by Hamas has been found.
