The Yankees signed right-hander Adam Kloffenstein and catcher Payton Henry to minor league contracts in December, according to the club's official transactions page. 7 News Boston's Ari Alexander writes that Kloffenstein's deal includes an invitation to New York's big league spring camp. Kloffenstein's MLB resume consists of one perfect inning of relief work for the Cardinals in their 6-5 win over the Giants on June 20, 2024.

Toronto claimed Lawrence off waivers from Seattle back in April, only to release him after making just one relief appearance - spanning 2.2 innings on Apr. 29 - with the club. Shortly afterwards, the veteran hurler was reacquired by the Mariners, who put him through a transaction spin cycle through the remainder of the season, granting his release and ultimately re-signing him multiple times.

Carrasco, 38, is a long-time big league veteran who started three games with Atlanta last summer when the team was at the apex of injury issues with the starting rotation. He was designated for assignment but re-signed with the organization and finished the year with Gwinnett. Vines, 27, didn't pitch last season due to injury, but has been in the organization since being drafted in 2016 and has nine major league games under his belt, appearing with Atlanta in both 2023 and 2024.

The Rangers have signed infielder Donovan Solano and right-hander Cal Quantrill to minor league contracts, the team informed reporters (including Evan Grant of The Dallas Morning News).
