After 25 years in the Special Forces, I was ready for a new challenge. I took everything I learned about leadership, adaptability, and collaboration and created the Green Beret Approach.

"Many veterans and federal workers possess valuable skills but often fail to communicate them effectively. I encourage them to understand their skills and how to represent them."

The course is also designed to help consider their military training from an asset-based perspective, recognizing skills like teamwork and discipline that veterans bring to academia.
