The streamer's song credits are undergoing an expansion of detail which includes performers, songwriters, producers, engineers, studio musicians, creative influences, and collaborators. These enhancements represent "new ways for fans to see and celebrate the people and musical connections behind the tracks they love." Before this, song credits included what Spotify calls "topline performance, songwriting, and production credits." The new level of detail isn't yet apparent, but will be rolled out "over the coming months," Spotify says.
