Sources close to the situation reveal that Forest have set a steep price tag in the range of 100 million to 120 million, reflecting Anderson's rising importance to the club.

According to Goal.com, Manchester United are very much interested in signing Federico Valverde from Real Madrid, and to that end, they're willing to offer the services of Kobbie Mainoo to the Spanish giants. But Real, who have indeed been keeping an eye on Mainoo as they form their plans to rebuild their midfield section after the departures of Toni Kroos and Luka Modric, have no intention of selling Valverde in the foreseeable future.

Manchester United are understood to have failed with a surprise attempt to sign Paris Saint-Germain striker Randal Kolo Muani.
