Two men involved in an insider trading scheme related to Lumentum were sentenced to jail time and ordered to forfeit their illegal profits.
The schemes involved insider trading based on confidential information about Lumentum's pending acquisitions.
The third co-defendant in the case, Amit Bhardwaj, who provided the confidential information, was previously sentenced to prison and fined. [ more ]
