Baylor athletic director and College Football Playoff chairman Mack Rhoades is taking a leave of absence from his position at the school for personal reasons, he told ESPN on Thursday. Rhoades told ESPN that he initiated the leave but declined to explain why. Baylor also released a statement acknowledging Rhoades was on leave but declined to comment further.

Police said that on Sunday, Sept. 28, a victim walked into the Park Police Station in Golden Gate Park to report that earlier that night, "an incident occurred with the suspect known to the victim," according to police spokesperson Officer Eve Laokwansathitaya. "The victim had no reports of injuries at the time," Laokwansathitaya said, but police found probable cause to arrest Alessandria.
The head of London's Pride parade, who is fighting claims that he used its funds for his personal benefit, has been ordered by the high court to relinquish control of the organising body's bank account. Christoper Joell-Deshields, who was suspended as chief executive last month, consented to an order on Friday to hand over Pride for London's banking passwords, social media and email accounts.
