Justice Stephen Breyer Will Return To Court, Starting Next Fall
Retired Justice Breyer will serve as a visiting judge on the 1st Circuit in Boston, where he previously worked before joining the Supreme Court.
Breyer will maintain his status as a judge by taking senior status and will continue his judicial work while also teaching at Harvard Law School. [ more ]
