Tottenham sporting director Fabio Paratici is close to leaving the club as deal with Serie A side edges closer. The former Juventus man has been linked with a shock exit in recent days and now, Fabrizio Romano has shared an update which suggests that the deal is close to being agreed. As per the transfer expert, the Italian club are ready to advance and seal the appointment of Fabio Paratici as Head of Football.

The threats were received following the club's 3-1 loss at Sassuolo on Saturday, which left winless Fiorentina bottom of Serie A after 14 matches. The club condemned the threats in a statement and said it "expresses its full solidarity and support for the players and their families".

After the defeat to Juventus last time out, Giovanni Renna's boys returned to action after the break earlier today, taking on the league leaders Fiorentina. Given the Rossoneri's form, the 1-1 result was probably the best they could have hoped for.

When he left for international duty, the Portuguese was not 100% and his time away has only proved that further. With him not playing in their second game of the break, he was given permission to return to Milano early, something which could please Massimiliano Allegri.
Victor Lindelöf is in talks with Fiorentina over a free agent move to link-up with former Manchester United teammate David de Gea at the Serie A club, sources have told ESPN. The Sweden defender, who joined United in a £31 million ($41.8m) move from Benfica in 2017, has been without a club since leaving Old Trafford at the end of last season following the expiry of his contract.
