Woman delivering packages in Brooklyn shot in face with pellet gun

A woman delivering packages to a Brooklyn apartment building earlier this month was shot with a pellet gun during a dispute, cops said. The 30-year-old victim was dropping some packages off at the NYCHA Breukelen Houses near E. 103rd St. and Flatlands Ave. in Canarsie on Nov. 4 around 7 p.m. when someone approached her and started an argument, and the dispute turned physical, police said.
