Dairon Blanco cleared waivers and will accept an outright assignment to Triple-A Round Rock to work his way back to the majors.
The Rangers have claimed outfielder Dairon Blanco off waivers from the Royals, according to Francys Romero of Beisbol FR. Blanco was designated for assignment by the Royals last week to make room for Starling Marte on the club's 40-man.
