A woman in her 30s died after falling from a height in Clerkenwell at around 7.45pm on January 12, with her death not treated as suspicious.

Harry Smith, the landlord of The Sekforde, expressed his deep concern stating, "We're just going to have to close to be honest. Office workers like to stand outside to have a drink, and if they don't do it here they're going to go to the next pub or the park." He further emphasized his emotional connection to the pub, adding, "This place is home to me. It would be devastating to lose it."
