I was pretty meh on the pool play format given two teams of five advancing in each pool, which felt like it was going to water down the proceedings a bit... but I ended up really enjoying the days of wall-to-wall pool play.
New Falcons head coach Kevin Stefanski is starting to build his new staff, and his first major hire is a reunion with offensive line coach Bill Callahan, per team reporter Tori McElhaney. Callahan, 69, is one of the most respected OL coaches in the NFL. He has coached for nine different teams, including Stefanski's Browns from 2020 to 2023. In 2024, he followed his son and then-Browns offensive coordinator Brian Callahan, to Tennessee when he was hired as the Titans' head coach.

Atlanta Braves outfielder Ronald Acuńa, Jr. made a surprise appearance during Bad Bunny's Halftime show during NFL's Super Bowl on Sunday night. After the performance, MTV's social media posted a photo showing actor Pedro Pascal, but standing to his left was a familiar face to Braves fans. None other than La Bestia! It's a fun pop-culture cross-over for Atlanta's star outfielder.
