SpaceX launched its Starlink Mini dish with a 25% discount until December 8, 2024, aiming specifically to improve internet access at lower costs.
The Starlink Mini offers two internet plans, with the Roam 50GB plan designed for low-usage travelers priced at $50 a month, and the Roam Unlimited plan for frequent users at $165.
Elon Musk originally indicated the Starlink Mini dish would be priced at half of the Standard Dish Kit, yet it debuted at $599, causing disappointment among early fans.
Despite its launch, the Starlink Mini dish remains costly in many regions, with prices in the Philippines around $570 and €399 in Germany.
