Villa Näset is an innovative architectural project by the studio, marking their first commission. Located near Gothenburg, the villa is designed on a uniquely sloped plot of land, featuring two distinct two-story volumes rotated 45 degrees to optimize light and views. The layout strategically separates intimate private spaces from open social areas, accommodating the clients' lifestyle. Additionally, the integration of outdoor features like a terrace and a swim spa enhances the indoor-outdoor connection, while the use of lightweight concrete ensures a modern aesthetic throughout the building.
