Renovated from a former stable, this 1,950 square-foot home features four levels, offering serene views of the Mediterranean and seamless indoor-outdoor living. Pellerin began the project in 2019 amidst other professional commitments, highlighting the complexities of personal design. The home serves as a sanctuary for Pellerin's family, incorporating a main living area that connects to a terrace and pool, and a discrete yet welcoming entryway.
Though modest in footprint-about 1,950 square feet-Villa Nicky unfolds vertically in four stories, creating a unique architectural experience that descends through layers of the landscape.
