Tatiana de Nicolay's Paris apartment embodies an indoor garden aesthetic, featuring lush murals and vibrant colors. Originally vacant for a decade and lacking renovations for over 50 years, the living space was transformed with bold green and yellow tones. Key elements include tropical wallpaper and a trellis that allows light to flow into the distinct reading area. The furniture throughout the apartment is vintage, sourced from various locations, further enhancing the unique indoor garden theme of the residence.
Tatiana placed panels of tropical wallpaper within the molding on the walls and painted the trim a bright green, and the effect looks like framed artwork on all of the walls - or like looking through windows to the outdoors.
The same green paint that's used on the wall trim is also on a garden-inspired trellis that divides the living room from a cozy reading room.
